Downloaded checklists are written to somebody else’s date. This one works out every deadline against yours — and when something is already overdue, it says so instead of hiding it.

Why dates and not months
Downloaded checklists talk in months — “twelve months before”. That is useless when the wedding is in seven. Here every task is counted to your date, so instead of “six months before” you see the actual day it has to be done by, and what is already past it.
What to do when the wedding is sooner
Tasks whose usual deadline has already gone are not dropped — they sort to the top under “as soon as possible”. A couple planning in five months still has to book a venue; they just have to do it now. A checklist that quietly left those out would be lying.
Printing really is printing
The button opens your system dialog, where you pick a printer or “save as PDF”. Only the checklist goes on the paper — no menu, no footer, none of this text. The boxes print empty, so they can be ticked with a pencil.
Where paper stops being enough
The moment the date moves. Paper will not move with you, and nobody rewrites thirty deadlines by hand. Deposits are the same: in the app a payment has a date and shows up in the checklist by itself, whereas here you have to add it. Up to forty guests the whole app is free.
